We tackle every wedding individually and with great care and attention. We go through every step of organising your wedding with you and ensure everything is exactly how you want it. We do not pass your requests on to a hotel wedding packages provider; we tailor your wedding to exactly your wishes, take firm control and responsibility of all arrangements. Only in this way we can guarantee your wedding day will be the day you've dreamed about!
Our wedding planning and organising service is centred around you and your dreams. The owners of the company are British and Croatian couple and have put all their knowledge and experience at your disposal. No matter what part of the world you come from, or what religions you are, no matter the type of wedding you want, nor how small or extravagant it needs to be, we are hear to help you.
For all our Croatian weddings we only deal with Croatian suppliers we know and trust. We give all our couples a personalised service that doesn't just include offering the hotel wedding, but specialise in bespoke weddings and finding the perfect location that suits you and your dreams. Just like other countries Croatia has lots to offer, but no country in all of Europe offers such a vast and uniquely beautiful coastline and countryside as Croatia. We want you and your guests to take full advantage of this fact, and truly enjoy the Croatian Experience.
Using our services we will guide you through your documentation requirements, find the perfect venue - be it hotel, restaurant, field, beach, mountain etc - find accommodation for you and your guests, arrange the flowers, cakes, church, English speaking priest/vicar ... actually, no need to repeat everything here, its all viewable in our Croatian Weddings menu on the left. We should also mention that as we are not affiliated with a limited set of hotels or venues; we can arrange a wedding anywhere in Croatia. This is a unique service and we haven't found anyone else as dedicated to you and Croatia we are!
Our Contract
The purpose of our contract is to clearly state our agreed involvement in your wedding and your rights and responsibilities. It is amended as we progress with your wedding plans to include everything we arrange and agree between us.
Our Fee
We have a clear pricing structure to help our clients budget their wedding.
We have a registration fee which is payable on signing our contract. We also charge an arrangement fee on items and services we arrange for you plus direct expenses.
Our Bronze package caters for weddings/events below 20,000 Euro – 1000 euro registration fee plus 12% on arrangements and direct expenses.
Our Silver package caters for weddings/events between 20,000 and 59,000 Euro – 2000 registration fee plus 10% on arrangements and direct expenses.
Our Gold package caters for weddings/events between 60,000 and 99,000 Euro – 2000 registration fee plus 8% arrangement fees and direct expenses.
Our Platinum package caters for weddings/events above 100,000 Euro - fee of 5,000 registration fee plus 8% arrangement fees and direct expenses.
On site co-ordination of your wedding/event is charged at 1000 Euro per day plus accommodation and subsistance, if required.
You may need to pay for accommodation, travel and/or susistance of some (for example musicians, hot air balloonists, specific service providers). This will be discussed at the time of booking the services.
We operate through bank transfer.
